Will LRC design my home, carport, project?
Yes, Lost River can design your project. Please inquire as we take on a limited amount of design projects for new construction or remodel.
Do I need plans?
Yes you do. Either provided by a design architect or LRC you will need a set of plans for your project.
How much will it cost?
LRC will give a detailed estimate for time and materials for the scope of your project based on careful examination of your building plans and site considerations.
How long will my house take to build?
Generally most customer homes have taken anywhere from 8-10 months to complete. Many projects are completed ahead of schedule (see customer reviews.)
What is the extent of LRC involvement in our project?
LRC, as your general contractor will coordinate site development, including all utilities necessary for your project. LRC will continue through all phases of the project development through final inspection. We can also coordinate home cleaning, window washing & even help you move in!
